Two local gyms link up for the benefit of the community.
People of all ages (male & female) can benefit from using local facilities Shinfield’s Boxing Gym and Amber Valley Gym to improve their physical well-being. All training needs can be met including from fitness to professional training including boxing, sparring, circuit training, CE Training, Weight Training and special fitness programmes that include diet & nutrition.
