Christmas Carol Concert 2018

vOn the evening of the 7 December 2018, Somercotes Parish Council together with St Thomas Church Somercotes held their traditional Christmas Carol Concert.
A variety of carols were sung by Somercotes Girl Guides, Brownies, ably supported by Heage Band. The event was very well attended and raised £260 for the Chairman’s charity which this year was the Prostrate and Breast Cancer Support Group. Following the concert, refreshments were provided by the Parish Council in the Village Hall.
