Missing eight-year-old boy found safe

An eight-year-old boy who went missing from his home in Derbyshire for almost 16 hours has been found safe and well, police said.
Jacob Walthall, from Somercotes, sparked a search after going missing from the Quarry Road area of the town at about 1630 GMT on Sunday.
A Derbyshire Police spokeswoman said officers had searched for him throughout the night.
He returned to his home shortly after 0800 GMT, the spokeswoman said.
