The Parish Council Carol Service was held on Friday, 13^th December 2013, in St Thomas’ Church and many people turned out in less than friendly weather. The Service was one of the best that many people can remember with excellent music from Heage Band and outstanding singing from the Somercotes Guides, Brownies & Rainbows. Thank you one and all for attending and helping raise £161.00 in the collection, for the Derbyshire Children’s Holiday Centre.
