The Parish Council has been undertaking an increasing workload within the parish due to restructuring of Derbyshire County Council and Amber Valley Borough Council. In order to be able to undertake the increasing workload, including car parks, footpaths, increased litter picking, gritting in winter months the Parish Council has purchased a new vehicle for the parish wardens to improve services to the community.
